NAAKIBOM USA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote the integration of Akwa Ibom cultural heritage through education, healthcare services, public policy, and economic empowerment in order to eradicate extreme poverty. MISSION
NAAKIBOM USA is a non-profit organization whose mission is the promotion and integration of Akwa Ibom cultural heritage through education, healthcare services, public policy, and economic empowerment in order to eradicate extreme poverty.
VISION
NAAKIBOM USA is a dynamic organization whose vision is to promote selfless, responsible, and accountable involvement geared at achieving unity, brotherhood, and positive improvement of Akwa Ibom people, hereby known as (Akwa Ibomites) globally.
CORE VALUES
The Core Values Shall Include:
1. To Honor God in all that we do especially when providing help to the poor, helpless, less privileged, orphans, widows, and widowers.
2. To have Oneness with God, united as Akwaibomites, and remain connected with Akwa Ibom people worldwide as a national organization.
3. To maintain Ethical Integrity by not lying, cheating, or stealing, attempting to embezzle and or embezzling, nor tolerate, and or abet individuals that do, and shall strive to remain trustworthy as a shining light and a beacon of hope for posterity by pursuing honorable initiatives and conducting business in ways that are transparent and ethical.
4. To Respect each other and treat one another with dignity and pride, honoring individual rights and privacy, and eliminating all forms of discrimination.
5. To maintain Honesty by ensuring that each member recognizes the responsibility to make all Akwaibomites proud.
6. To ensure Empowerment by endeavoring to empower the less privileged through skills acquisition and holistic approach to transformation as we seek to eradicate poverty.
7. To ensure Quality Service by striving for service excellence through empathy
PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES
The Purposes and Objectives Shall Include:
1. To encourage harmony and peaceful co-existence among Akwa Ibomites and the various Akwa Ibom community organizations in the United States.
2. To promote cultural awareness and instill same in succeeding generations of Akwa Ibomites in the United States.
3. To promote and protect the common interests of Akwa Ibomites in business, work, and education.
4. To serve as a catalyst for the promotion of unity among all Akwa Ibomites resident in the United States, and the outlying areas where the formation of a NAAKIBOM USA Chapter is not viable by virtue of the number of Akwa Ibom persons residing in those areas.
5. To mobilize funds for the development or revamping of social infrastructures, such as, schools and hospitals in Akwa Ibom State.

6. To work with individuals within and outside the association for the repatriation of intellectual capital, temporarily or permanently, to make good “brain loss” experienced by Akwa Ibom State.
7. To guide and mentor every Akwa Ibomite that arrives in the United States and provide him, or her assistance accrued to all members of the association.
8. To promote and encourage the unity and solidarity among the different Chapters of NAAKIBOM USA in the United States of America.
9. To encourage the teaching and promotion of our culture, language and history of all forms to our children in the United States.
10. To enrich the cultural landscape of the United States through cultural activities.
11. To promote goodwill among the various Nigerian ethnic groups in the United States.
12. To participate in community development projects, social, economic, political and cultural life of the United States.
13. To promote, encourage and assist the State Government in the development, selection, adaptation, transfer and use of industrial technology, with due regard for the socio- economic conditions and the specific requirements of the industrial development of the State.
14. To organize, in collaboration with the different levels of educational institutions in Akwa Ibom State, the training of technical and other appropriate categories of personnel to meet the state and local government manpower needs.
15. To encourage and work collaboratively for charitable and welfare of members and communities at local chapters.
